The Vortex Tool INS-9357 is the replacement solid-carbide insert for the Vortex 7965 MDF inside-corner cleaning body. It cleans the inside corner of a small-bead door-frame profile with a verified 1/4-inch radius, allowing the serviceable cutter body to be maintained without replacing the complete tool.
Vortex positions the 7965 corner cleaner within a multiple-pass MDF door workflow. The matching INS-9358 insert first creates the small-bead inside roughing profile, and the INS-9357 then refines the inside corner to help produce the appearance of a square assembled-frame corner. A compatible raised-panel operation can be added to complete the visual effect of a five-piece door.
