SCM Class SI X
SCM Class SI X Sliding Table Saw
A high-capacity SCM Class double-tilting sliding table saw for shops that need 550 mm blade capacity, scoring support, ±46° blade tilt, strong cut height, and production-ready accuracy for mixed panel and solid wood cutting.
Large-capacity Class-series cutting for panel, millwork, furniture, stair, door, and solid wood shops.
The SCM Class SI X is the large-capacity double-tilting saw in SCM’s Class sliding table saw range. It is built for shops that need stronger cutting height, scoring support, bevel flexibility, and production-focused accuracy without stepping into the L’invincibile flagship saw family.
The clean sales distinction is capacity plus versatility. With 550 mm maximum saw blade diameter, 160 mm scoring blade compatibility, ±46° double blade tilt, 200 mm blade projection at 90°, and configurable rip fence and control packages, the Class SI X is a serious daily-production saw for mixed materials.
Best-fit shop profile
The Class SI X is a strong fit when the customer needs thick-material capacity, clean panel scoring, bevel flexibility, and configurable production setup in the SCM Class platform.
Key Advantages
The Class SI X is the right saw conversation when the customer wants large blade capacity, double tilt, scoring support, and Class-series production control in one machine.
550 mm Blade Capacity
The large main blade gives the SI X strong cutting height for thick solid wood, heavy furniture components, stair parts, door stock, rails, posts, and demanding shop work.
Double-Tilting Saw Unit
The -46° to +46° blade tilt range supports left and right bevel cuts, mitres, angled panels, millwork details, stair parts, and specialty production work.
Scoring Support
160 mm scoring blade compatibility helps protect veneered, laminated, melamine, MDF, plywood, and decorative panel surfaces during finished cutting.
Production Setup Options
Control, powered rip fence, scoring, inverter, and guarding packages can be configured around the shop’s material mix and production workflow.
Applications
Veneered & Laminated Panels
Suitable for veneered panels, laminated boards, melamine, MDF, plywood, particleboard, and decorative sheet goods where scoring support helps protect finished surfaces.
Solid Wood Cutting
The 200 mm blade projection at 90° gives the saw strong capacity for thick solid wood, furniture parts, stair components, rails, posts, frames, and specialty stock.
Cabinet & Furniture Production
A strong fit for cabinet sides, shelves, stretchers, finished ends, drawer components, furniture panels, casework parts, and mixed panel or solid wood production.
Architectural Millwork
Useful for veneer panels, solid wood panels, door parts, frame parts, feature panels, trim blanks, stair details, and custom angled components.
