The SCM Formula DG60 is a compact modular disc sanding machine designed for professional woodworking shops that need a dedicated station for edge sanding, profile cleanup, bevel sanding, tilted profiles, and shaped component work. It is a practical fit for cabinet shops, millwork departments, furniture producers, joinery shops, door shops, stair shops, and finishing areas that need more consistency than hand sanding or light-duty bench equipment can provide.

The base DG60 configuration is built around a 600 mm sanding disc with a 700 × 350 mm worktable, 900 rpm disc speed, 2.2 kW motor, and 0°–45° table and fence tilting. This gives operators a stable sanding surface for squaring, refining, and adjusting wood components before assembly, finishing, or installation.

The DG60B configuration expands the machine with belt sanding capability, vertical belt-unit tilting from 0°–90°, and a 70 mm horizontal pneumatic roller. This added configuration is useful for shops that work with curved components, internal and external shapes, holes, long parts, and more varied sanding tasks.
