Belfab BEL is a configurable stand-alone dust-collector family for wood dust, with Standard and XL filter heights, BEL 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 / 200 model roots, Beane Seamless Tube filters, self-cleaning filtration with an optional automatic shaker, multiple dust-disposal choices, and separately selected Standard or Hummer blowers from 2,500 to 5,000 CFM.
Standard-height BEL uses 109 in. published height; XL uses 130 in.
BEL model roots identify the collector. Standard and Hummer blowers are separate configured components.
Collector placement, dust-hazard controls and final system acceptance depend on the application, applicable codes and the authority having jurisdiction.
Start with the shop
The BEL family is configurable. Collector model root, Standard/XL height, blower and disposal method are separate choices.
BEL 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 Standard-height configurations use a 109 in. collector height.
XL configurations use longer Ø8 × 66 in. Beane Seamless Tube filters and a 130 in. collector height.
Standard blower rows cover 5 and 7.5 HP; Hummer rows cover 10, 15 and 20 HP.

Collector architecture
The collector, blower and disposal package work as separate configured components within one dust-collection system.
A separately selected Standard or Hummer blower provides the required blower-row performance.

Standard blower rows
Standard blowers are separate configured components and retain their own CFM, suction, inlet, weight and sound values.

Hummer blower rows
Hummer is the lower-speed blower route, with each row retaining its own published performance and sound values.

Filtration
Standard-height and XL configurations use different tube lengths while retaining the same tube-filter architecture.
Filter architecture
Standard-height models use Ø8 × 45 1/2 in. tubes. XL models use Ø8 × 66 in. tubes.
Optional automatic shaker
The automatic shaker is an option and should remain identified separately from the BEL collector's core filtration package.
Optional cleaning package
The option activates after blower shutdown and is tracked as a separate configured feature in the supplied system.
Dust disposal
Choose the disposal arrangement around dust volume, floor access, handling method and service frequency.
A 105-gallon tilt-truck route is available for collected dust handling.
A 360-gallon dump-bin route with forklift handling is available as a disposal option.
Disposable bags and steel drums provide additional dust-disposal routes.
Installation / interface planning
Published blower inlet diameters span 9 to 16 inches. Final duct routing, static-pressure basis, placement and safety architecture depend on the complete process.
Model width varies by BEL configuration; published table depth is 49 in. across Standard and XL rows.
Blower rows use 9, 10, 12, 14 or 16 in. inlet sizes according to the selected blower.
Reserve access for the selected bag, drum, tilt-truck or dump-bin arrangement and normal service work.
Size and route the duct system from process airflow and resistance requirements rather than blower inlet diameter alone.
