Give your rails a flat-table option.
The MMN module mounts over four Vacuum-CNC bases to create a nesting surface on a suitable pod-and-rail machine. Use a module for a targeted work zone or discuss a larger table arrangement.

VACUUM-ACTIVATED VERTICAL CLAMPS
A mechanical hold. Powered by vacuum.
Machine-specific PR clamps are actuated by the machine vacuum. They provide an alternative holding approach where a cup alone is not the right solution.
The range includes clamping forces up to 700 N and supplied 25 mm and 50 mm elevator caps. Actual configuration and holding capability depend on the model and setup.
HORIZONTAL CLAMP / PH01N
Keep the top open for machining.
A pneumatic horizontal clamp for medium and small profiles, with pressure applied from the side. The upper face remains accessible for decorative details, borders and other machining.

DOOR JAMB CLAMP / PRCS1
Built for jambs. Ready for detail.
This double-clamp arrangement holds jambs, slats and mouldings from 40 to 190 mm. It mounts on two Vacuum-CNC bases and is actuated by the machine vacuum.
Choose the standard upper stop for side access or the H-shaped stop for hinge work. Verify the base interface and tool access for the specific operation.
ELEVATORS & PANEL-LIFTER CUPS
Set the height. Simplify the loading.
Matching elevators let you change the modular pod height. Selected panel-lifter cups help the board slide into position during loading and unloading.
EA / EB / EC / EDEF / EG / EJ / EL / EM
The EA range includes 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 mm elevators. Other footprint families are available in the range; choose the correct matching parts.
SEALS, VALVES & SUPPORTS
Maintain the hold. Replace the wear.

07 / Meet the manufacturer
Workholding expertise. From Spain.
Vacuum-CNC is a Spanish company specializing in vacuum clamping for woodworking CNC machines. Based in the Madrid area, it develops a range of pods, clamps and accessories around its patented modular system.
Built from shop-floor experience.
Vacuum-CNC describes its beginnings as a team with extensive experience operating woodworking CNC machines. A mechanical engineer and an industrial designer later joined that practical foundation, bringing engineering and product design into the development process.
One idea became a system.
That combined experience led to its patented vacuum-pod system: a machine-mounted base and a replaceable upper cup. Interchangeability, 360-degree positioning and self-locking are central to the modular approach. A damaged cup can be replaced while retaining a serviceable base.
Development continues in Madrid.
The company lists its address in the Ventorro del Cano industrial area of Madrid and reports manufacturing more than 200 different parts. Its stated focus is continuing to improve its systems and develop products that make customers’ work easier.

A few useful answers before you choose your setup.
Will these fit every machine from the listed brands?
No. Match the exact console or table, vacuum circuit, mounting hardware and working height. Send clear photos of the existing pod and its underside, along with the machine model and serial number.
Can I replace only the cup?
On the modular Vacuum-CNC system, the cup can be replaced independently of the base. Compact pods are one-piece products and do not provide this interchangeable-cup feature.
Are Biesse rings, crowns and plates included?
The range includes fixing rings or crowns separately for KG10, KF12 and KN12. KN12 lower aluminium plates are also separate. Tell Titan which original parts you plan to reuse.
Are all clamps powered by vacuum?
No. The vertical PR clamp range and PRCS1 door jamb clamp are vacuum-actuated. The PH01N horizontal clamp uses pneumatic actuation and needs a suitable air connection.
Can I use the nesting module without a spoilboard?
The manufacturer specifies a spoilboard for proper function and service life. Confirm the complete mounting arrangement and vacuum requirements for your machine.
