A large-format production CNC platform with fixed-gantry stability,
parallel machining heads, independent table movement, and scalable
integration for panels, doors, stairs, solid wood, and automated cells.
Production CNC architecture for larger parts, parallel machining, and scalable material flow.
The SCM Ergon NT is a production-focused CNC machining centre
for manufacturers that need large working areas, fixed-gantry
stability, multiple machining heads, and flexible table operation.
Working ranges extend from 3680 to 6360 mm on the X axis and
1560 to 3120 mm on the Y axis, with 280 mm passage for panels,
doors, stair components, solid wood parts, and complex millwork.
Up to four simultaneous heads, 12 on-board tools per head,
as many as 48 lateral tools, independent table movement, dual-program
capability, and automation-ready layouts support demanding production cells.

Capability Matrix
One large-format CNC platform. Five production roles.
Ergon NT supports high-output panel work, doors, stairs, solid wood components, and integrated production-cell strategies.
Provides a production-ready foundation for automatic loading, unloading, bridge systems, and integrated material flow.
Large-Format CNC · Parallel Production
A machining platform with the presence and architecture of a true production system.
The Ergon NT combines a rigid fixed gantry, independent tables,
parallel heads, and broad tooling capacity in a platform built
for demanding manufacturing environments.
Its layout supports larger parts and coordinated machining strategies
while giving production teams room to structure loading, program flow,
tooling, and part-family work around the machine.
For facilities planning future automation, the Ergon NT provides
a strong foundation for loading, unloading, bridge systems, and
complete production-cell integration.
