The SCM DMC SD 60 is a compact production wide-belt sanding and calibrating machine designed for shops that need reliable surface preparation across MDF, chipboard, solid wood, veneer, and painted materials. It is a strong fit for cabinet manufacturers, furniture shops, millwork producers, MDF component manufacturers, veneer shops, painted-panel departments, and general woodworking production.

The SD 60 is positioned as a practical step-up machine in the SCM/DMC wide-belt range. It gives shops stronger sanding consistency, reduced hand-sanding dependency, improved finishing preparation, and a controlled sanding process across everyday cabinet, furniture, millwork, and panel components.

Depending on the final machine composition, the SD 60 can be reviewed in RR, RCS, or RRCS configuration families. The RR version is suited to heavier stock removal, calibration, narrow workpieces, frames, doors, and window components. The RCS version is positioned for flexible calibration and finishing in a single pass. The RRCS version adds multi-stage sanding capability for more demanding production and finishing requirements.
