Doucet XPRS is a compact return conveyor for small and mid-sized edgebanders. Right- or left-hand return, 24- or 36-inch receiving and return conveyors, a 60-inch receiving module, variable-speed feed rollers from 0–40 ft/min, polymer lateral-transfer belts and a return line 2 inches below edgebander pass height define the core XPRS layout.
Small and mid-sized edgebanders still create a repetitive outfeed-return loop that can pull the operator away from infeed.
Variable-speed feed rollers receive the part, polymer belts side-shift it, and lower return rollers send it back without opposing-flow interference.
