The SCM Morbidelli M100/M200 is a numerical-control CNC machining centre platform designed for manufacturers that need more flexibility than a standard nesting router or dedicated drilling centre. It is a strong fit for cabinet shops, furniture manufacturers, door shops, window manufacturers, stair builders, architectural millwork shops, solid wood component producers, and production shops that need a configurable CNC platform for varied work.

The platform can be configured for routing, drilling, profiling, grooving, 5-axis work, door components, window components, furniture elements, panels, shaped parts, and solid wood machining. Depending on the final composition, the operating unit can accommodate multiple machining units, including options such as dowel insertion using pearl glue.

The Morbidelli M100 is the more compact and accessible version of the platform, with working-area options up to 5510 × 1620 mm, 180 mm Z-axis panel passage, routing power up to 15 kW / 20.5 hp, spindle speed up to 24,000 rpm, up to 44 tool positions, up to 21 independent vertical drilling spindles, up to 12 independent horizontal drilling spindles, and drilling speed up to 8,000 rpm.

The Morbidelli M200 expands the platform with 250 mm Z-axis panel passage and up to 60 tool positions, making it the stronger fit where the customer needs more clearance, more tools available on board, and a more production-oriented configuration for complex tooling requirements. Both models can be reviewed with Maestro software, RO.AX drilling technology, FAST tool-changing options, worktable configurations, safety layouts, vacuum packages, and shop-specific production requirements.
