The SCM DMC Eurosystem is a modular wide-belt sanding and calibrating machine designed for professional and industrial woodworking manufacturers that need controlled calibration, consistent sanding quality, and premium finishing preparation. It is built for raw panels, painted panels, veneered panels, solid wood, MDF, lacquer sanding, high-gloss finishing, edge rounding, brushing, structuring, and superfinishing applications.

The platform can be configured with operating units such as Cross-Belt, Calibrating Roller, Sanding Roller, Super-Finisher, combined roller-pad units, EPICS electronic sectional pad technology, planetary units, oscillating disc units, brushing units, and structuring units. This makes it a flexible sanding centre for shops that need a machine layout tailored to their material mix and surface-quality requirements.

SCM lists the DMC Eurosystem with a 1350 mm working width, 3–170 mm working thickness with mobile table, 3–200 mm working thickness with fixed or constant pass-line table, 1370 × 2620 mm longitudinal abrasive belts, 150 × 5000 mm crossbelts, and 3–18 m/min mat feed speed.

The strongest production angle is the ability to combine aggressive calibration with refined finishing control. Grooved steel and rubber-coated rollers support stock removal and sanding, while the Superfinishing unit with EPICS electronic sectional pad allows controlled pressure across the panel surface. This is especially important for veneer, primer, lacquered panels, painted components, high-gloss work, and premium visible surfaces where finishing quality matters as much as throughput.
