The SCM Minimax TW 55ES is a professional sliding-table spindle moulder for custom millwork, cabinet doors, furniture components, door and frame parts, stair work, mouldings, routing, and tenoning. Its compact Minimax footprint is paired with the rigidity and tooling support required for serious solid-wood machining.
The published platform provides 125 mm of useful spindle length, four spindle speeds at 3500, 6000, 8000, and 10000 rpm at 50 Hz, profiling-tool capacity from 210 to 240 mm, a 240 mm tool diameter retractable below the table at 90°, and tenoning-tool capacity up to 320 mm, or 300 mm for non-CE configurations.
The final machine package can be aligned around fixed- or tilting-spindle requirements, motor and electrical configuration, fence and hood systems, feeder preparation, tooling, guarding, extraction, installation, and service needs.
