Doucet BT3 U-Turn creates a U-shaped material-flow connection at the midpoint of finishing lines using receiving rollers, lateral belt transfer and powered return rollers. Available configurations include 48- or 60-inch receiving/return widths, 5-, 7- or 9-foot receiving and return lengths, adjustable 5–60 ft/min receiving and return speeds, fixed 60 ft/min belt transfer, and right- or left-hand return.
Two parallel sections of a flat finishing line may need a controlled midpoint connection that reverses product-flow direction without manually carrying panels around the line.
