The SCM DMC MB90 is a professional automatic brushing machine designed for routed MDF panels, assembled kitchen cabinet doors, doors, windows, and similar profiled components. It is built to process rough or painted parts where consistent edge rounding, raised-fiber removal, profile sanding, brushing, and finish preparation are required.

The MB90 is positioned for cabinet door manufacturers, MDF door shops, painted cabinet door producers, furniture manufacturers, door and window manufacturers, millwork shops, and finishing departments that want to reduce hand sanding around profiles and edges. Instead of relying on operator-dependent hand sanding, the MB90 uses dedicated brushing and oscillating-disc units to reach difficult surfaces and prepare panels for primer, paint, stain, lacquer, or topcoat.

The machine can be configured as DBB, BBB, or BB depending on the production goal. DBB combines a sliding disc unit and two brushing units for edge rounding and brushing rough or painted panels. BBB uses three brushing units for raised-fiber removal and brushing painted profiled kitchen cabinet doors. BB uses two brushing units for panels that need one brushing pass before finishing.

Key production features include oscillating brushing roller units with inclination adjustment and lateral oscillation, brush rotation reversal for double-faced abrasive strips, the DT17 oscillating disc unit with 17 counter-rotating discs, optional vacuum table with diamond-shaped natural rubber belt, internal vacuum support, rotating cleaning blowers, compact electro-fan placement under the worktable, and Pro-Sand electronic programmer control with up to 120 working programs.
