The SCM Gabbiani VSI is a professional vertical panel saw for cabinet, closet, furniture, casework, fixture, and architectural millwork operations that need accurate sheet sizing without the floor-space demand of a horizontal beam-saw cell.
VSI32 and VSI42 configurations provide 3200 mm or 4200 mm horizontal and vertical cutting length. Both formats list 60 mm maximum cutting thickness, a 250 mm main blade, 5300 rpm blade speed, and 3.7 kW motor power.
Independent motors for the main blade and scoring unit, mechanical scorer plunging, an electro-welded frame, four mechanical positioners for horizontal cuts, and one stop for vertical cuts support practical handling and improved edge quality on coated and surface-sensitive panels.
