The SCM Accord NST is a CNC machining centre designed for flexible nesting production with automatic loading and unloading. Its integrated material-handling system allows the complete work cycle to be controlled by a single operator, making it a strong solution for production shops that want to improve flow, reduce handling, and move toward more automated CNC manufacturing.
The machine is suitable for processing panel materials including lamellar wood, plywood, chipboard, and MDF, with additional dealer-listed applications including plastic, composite, and resin materials. The machine’s PRISMA machining heads with 5 interpolating axes support heavy-duty profiling, flexible machining, and high finish quality.
The Accord NST uses an SCM aluminium multi-function worktable designed for lasting planarity, with an integrated vacuum system for optimal workpiece hold-down and T-grooves for mechanical locking equipment. Its fixed-table and mobile-gantry architecture is designed to deliver accuracy and finish quality across the full work area.
SCM lists working-area options of 3650 × 1600 × 350 mm, 3650 × 2120 × 350 mm, and 4250 × 2120 × 350 mm, with maximum axis speeds of 90 / 90 / 30 m/min, maximum electrospindle power of 15 kW, and maximum spindle speed of 24,000 rpm.
