Meet The Team

Meet the Titan Team · Machinery · Tooling · Service · Workflow · Parts

The people behind the machines, the tooling, and the production strategy.

Titan Equipment & Tooling Sales is built around more than machine brochures and part numbers. The Titan team represents the full production chain: machinery planning, tooling performance, CNC workflow, shop infrastructure, field service, inside sales, parts, and long-term customer support.

Machinery Planning Shop layout, beam saws, nesting routers, CNC cells, capacity planning, and long-term scaling strategy.
Tooling Performance CNC tooling, feed/speed logic, cutting diagnostics, tool life, chip-out control, and material-specific tooling.
Service & Workflow Installation, commissioning, CNC process control, labelling, remake tracking, and production standards.
Parts & Support Inside sales, consumables, replacement parts, reorder programs, emergency sourcing, and customer follow-up.

Not just here to sell equipment. Here to build systems that scale.

Together, the Titan team helps shops cut cleaner, move faster, reduce mistakes, plan smarter, and build manufacturing systems that actually work. Whether a customer needs a full machinery plan, a better tooling standard, a rescued installation, a cleaner CNC workflow, a safer material-handling layout, or emergency parts support, Titan brings the right specialist into the conversation.

Planning Machine choices are tied to production flow, shop layout, labour, reporting, material handling, and future capacity.
Performance Tooling, feeds, speeds, chip evacuation, dust collection, and material-specific cutting strategies are treated as a production system.
Support Customers need installation, commissioning, service coordination, troubleshooting, parts, and real follow-through after the sale.
Scale Good shops become better when data, process, maintenance, layout, tooling, and machine planning all move in sequence.
Kronos Varr, Strategic Equipment Director
Kronos Varr Greek Titan / Senior Machinery Specialist
Strategic Equipment Director

Kronos Varr

Full-Shop Machinery Planning, Production Flow & Capacity Strategy

Kronos Varr is the kind of guy who does not walk into a shop so much as arrive with weather. Calm, ancient, and extremely unimpressed by bad workflow, Kronos has spent centuries watching civilizations rise, fall, rebuild, and eventually discover that poor material flow ruins everything.

At Titan, Kronos specializes in full-shop machinery planning, production flow, and long-term capacity strategy. He is the person customers call when they are no longer buying “one machine,” but trying to understand how their entire manufacturing floor should operate over the next five to ten years.

Kronos looks at a cabinet shop like a battlefield map. He studies where sheets enter the building, where panels are nested, how parts are labelled, how they move through edgebanding, drilling, assembly, packaging, and shipping. Then he quietly points out the bottleneck everyone has been walking around for three years.

Specialties Shop layout, CNC cell planning, beam saws, nesting routers, production scaling, bottleneck analysis, long-term machinery strategy.
Personality Calm, ancient, direct, painfully accurate.
“The machine is not the plan. The plan is the machine working in sequence.”
Brannok Forgevein, Tooling and Applications Specialist
Brannok Forgevein Lava Titan / Cutting Tool Performance Lead
Tooling & Applications Specialist

Brannok Forgevein

CNC Tooling, Feed/Speed Logic, Cutting Strategy & Material Diagnostics

Brannok Forgevein looks like he was machined out of basalt and assembled beside a volcano. He is the Titan team’s resident expert on heat, force, friction, chip evacuation, feed rates, and the fine line between a clean cut and a very expensive noise.

At Titan, Brannok helps shops choose the correct tooling for CNC routers, beam saws, edgebanders, boring machines, moulder applications, and panel-processing lines. He is focused on what actually happens when a bit meets melamine, MDF, laminate, acrylic, veneer, compact laminate, TFL, HPL, or matte anti-fingerprint material at speed.

His strength is diagnosis. He can walk through a shop and spot wrong compression geometry, dull inserts, incorrect rotation, poor hold-down, underpowered vacuum, incorrect feed/speed pairing, climb/conventional mismatch, poor tool life tracking, or material-specific tooling being treated like general-purpose tooling.

Specialties CNC tooling, feed/speed recommendations, chip-out troubleshooting, tool life tracking, panel-specific tooling, cutting strategy.
Personality Intense, fiery, technical, allergic to excuses.
“Heat is evidence. Chipping is evidence. Listen to the cut.”
Morcant Blacktide, Service and Field Support Manager
Morcant Blacktide Fomorian / Installation, Service & Shop Recovery Lead
Service & Field Support Manager

Morcant Blacktide

Installation, Commissioning, Troubleshooting & Field Recovery

Morcant Blacktide came from the storm coast, where nothing is level, everything is damp, and every machine has to earn its place against salt, wind, and bad decisions. He is not polished. He is not delicate. But when a machine is down, a shop is panicking, and production is sliding sideways, Morcant is exactly who you want walking through the door.

At Titan, Morcant focuses on machinery installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, customer support, emergency recovery, and practical field coordination. His world is the real world: machines arriving on trucks, forklifts running late, electrical not ready, air lines missing, dust collection undersized, operators nervous, and production managers asking how soon they can start cutting.

Morcant does not need everything to be perfect before he starts solving problems. He can assess a machine, read the floor, identify what is missing, and build a recovery plan on the spot.

Specialties Machine installation, commissioning, field troubleshooting, customer support, shop recovery, service coordination.
Personality Gruff, loyal, practical, impossible to panic.
“We do not leave the machine half-awake.”
Skarr Frostholt, CNC Systems and Production Workflow Specialist
Skarr Frostholt Jötnar / CNC Process Integration Lead
CNC Systems & Production Workflow Specialist

Skarr Frostholt

CNC Workflow, Labelling, Remakes, Reporting & Operator Standards

Skarr Frostholt is a mountain in a black polo. He does not say much at first. He watches. He listens to the spindle. He checks the labels, the carts, the code names, the offcuts, the remake pile, and the way people move around the machine. Then he tells you exactly where the shop is bleeding time.

At Titan, Skarr connects machinery, tooling, software, and shop-floor procedure into one disciplined production system. He is especially strong with nested-based manufacturing, cabinet production, Mozaik-style workflows, CNC router processes, labelling systems, material handling, and operator-level repeatability.

Skarr helps create production standards, machine naming conventions, tooling libraries, label strategies, remake workflows, maintenance checkpoints, and reporting logic. His work often becomes the foundation for future dashboards, barcode systems, or Power BI-style reporting.

Specialties CNC workflow, nesting routers, software-to-machine process, labelling, remake tracking, production reporting, operator standards.
Personality Quiet, methodical, coldly observant, highly disciplined.
“A shop without process is just noise with invoices.”
Tharn Wulfgar, Heavy Equipment and Material Handling Advisor
Tharn Wulfgar Thurse / Industrial Machinery & Shop Infrastructure Specialist
Heavy Equipment & Material Handling Advisor

Tharn Wulfgar

Beam Saws, Panel Flow, Rigging, Dust Collection & Shop Infrastructure

Tharn Wulfgar is built like winter learned how to sell equipment. Massive, steady, and completely unmoved by drama, Tharn handles the large, heavy, awkward side of manufacturing that too many shops underestimate until it becomes expensive.

At Titan, Tharn focuses on the machinery and infrastructure that supports serious production: beam saws, panel storage, loading systems, conveyors, dust collection planning, machine footprints, shop access, rigging concerns, part flow, and operator-safe material movement.

His view is simple: if the material does not move properly, the shop does not produce properly. He helps customers think beyond the machine brochure: receiving, storage, forklift paths, clearances, staging, offcuts, dust collection, service access, and whether operators are being asked to wrestle sheets all day.

Specialties Beam saws, panel flow, machine footprints, rigging prep, dust collection planning, shop layout, material handling.
Personality Massive, steady, blunt, infrastructure-minded.
“Measure the door before you summon the machine.”
Borg and Brak Ironmouth, Inside Sales and Parts Counter Specialists
Borg & Brak Ironmouth Ettin / Dual-Headed Sales Support Team
Inside Sales & Parts Counter Specialists

Borg & Brak Ironmouth

Tooling Orders, Replacement Parts, Consumables & Emergency Sourcing

Borg and Brak Ironmouth are technically one employee, though payroll still has questions. As Titan’s two-headed Inside Sales & Parts Counter Specialists, they handle customer calls, tooling requests, replacement parts, quote follow-ups, order status checks, machine accessory questions, and the endless stream of “I need this yesterday” emergencies that define industrial sales.

Borg is the organized one. He remembers part numbers, customer preferences, quote history, machine models, freight details, and which shop always forgets to order collets until Friday afternoon. Brak is the aggressive problem-solver. He wants the order entered, the part found, the truck booked, and the customer called back before the coffee cools.

Together, they keep customers moving. Sometimes a shop needs inserts, router bits, saw blades, aggregate parts, grease, filters, tooling holders, edgebanding supplies, service parts, or a quick answer before production stops.

Specialties Tooling orders, replacement parts, customer support, quote follow-up, consumables, emergency sourcing, reorder programs.
Personality Loud, fast, chaotic, loyal, weirdly efficient.
Borg: “Let’s check the part number.”
Brak: “Let’s ship two.”
The Titan Operating System

Every specialist protects a different part of the production chain.

A machine quote is only useful if the machine fits the shop. A tooling recommendation only works if it matches the material. A CNC workflow only scales if operators can repeat it. A service plan only matters if the customer is supported after the sale. Titan’s team is built to connect those pieces.
