Equipment selection is one decision. The shop around the equipment is the system.

A machine can be technically capable and still be the wrong answer for the floor. Clearances, loading access, dust volume, electrical service, operator travel, staging, rework, downstream capacity, and installation sequencing can change whether an equipment purchase succeeds.

Titan consultation looks at the machine and the operating environment together. The objective is not to force a product into the shop. It is to define the production requirement, identify the constraints, and build a practical route from the current state to the desired output.

The floor is reviewed as an operating system rather than a collection of machines. Titan follows material from receiving through processing, staging, assembly, rework, finishing, and shipping. We look at operator travel, congestion, forklift paths, floor storage, machine utilisation, work-in-process accumulation, and the moments where parts are waiting instead of being transformed.

Constraint and infrastructure mapping

Before a machine is matched to the application, Titan identifies what the building can support and what must change. Capacity and throughput model

Machine speed alone does not define output. Titan connects cycle time to loading, unloading, programming, tooling, material staging, labour, downstream capacity, shift structure, maintenance, and product changeovers.
