The Royce Ayr Fiberglass Rougher/Finisher Burr Router Bit R67-02602 is developed for routing fiberglass and other reinforced plastic materials. Its 0.2500-inch cutting diameter and 0.750-inch cutting edge provide a compact format for trimming, profiling, slotting, and controlled material removal in abrasive composite-sheet applications.

Royce Ayr identifies this model as a fiberglass rougher/finisher tool. The fluted burr-style cutting form is designed to cut more freely and enable higher feed rates than a conventional burr geometry when the tool is matched to suitable spindle speed, feed rate, workholding, and extraction.

The 0.250-inch shank and 2.500-inch overall length require a compatible precision collet or approved toolholder.
