The Royce Ayr 3-Flute Downcut Chipbreaker Finisher Router Bit R60-32008 is a general-purpose production tool for routing solid wood and wood composites. Its downcut geometry directs cutting force toward the work surface, helping produce a clean edge when cutting dados in laminated material.

Integrated chipbreakers divide larger chips into smaller fragments and help control furring and tear-out in compatible materials. The three-flute finisher format supports productive CNC machining when spindle speed, feed rate, chip load, workholding, and extraction are correctly matched to the application.

The 0.7500-inch cutting diameter, 3.125-inch cutting edge, 0.750-inch shank, and 6.000-inch overall length require rigid, low-runout toolholding and adequate machine clearance.
