The 0.6250-inch cutting diameter and 2.125-inch cutting edge support heavier and deeper routing work in solid wood, wood composites, laminated sheet goods, and selected plastics. The matching 0.625-inch shank provides a rigid machine interface for compatible CNC router toolholding systems.
This uncoated HW solid-carbide tool uses two flutes, right-hand rotation, and a 4.000-inch overall length. Correct collet condition, minimum practical projection, verified runout, suitable spindle speed, feed rate, depth-per-pass, workholding, and chip evacuation are essential for maintaining finish quality, dimensional control, and tool life.
