The Royce Ayr Single-Flute O-Flute Hard-Plastic Downcut Router Bit R62-71407 is engineered for routing hard plastics in compatible CNC systems. Its 0.3750-inch cutting diameter and 1.125-inch cutting edge provide an extended configuration for profiling, slotting, trimming, nesting, and controlled material removal in suitable rigid-plastic applications.

The single-flute O-flute geometry provides generous chip space, while the downcut form directs cutting force toward the work surface to assist material hold-down. This can support workpiece stability during routing when the tool is used with appropriate feeds, speeds, workholding, and chip extraction.

The 0.375-inch shank and 3.000-inch overall length require a compatible precision collet or approved toolholder.
