The Royce Ayr 3-Flute Downcut Chipbreaker Finisher Router Bit R60-32006 is designed for general-purpose routing in solid wood and wood composites. Its downcut geometry directs cutting force toward the work surface, helping produce a clean edge when cutting dados and profiles in laminated material.

Integrated chipbreaker geometry helps divide larger chips into smaller fragments, supporting smoother chip evacuation and helping reduce furring and tear-out in compatible materials. The three-flute format supports productive CNC routing when machine power, feed rate, spindle speed, and chip load are correctly matched.

The 0.7500-inch cutting diameter, 1.625-inch cutting edge, 0.750-inch shank, and 4.000-inch overall length require a compatible precision collet or approved toolholder. Before machining, verify collet condition, runout, right-hand spindle rotation, tool projection, spindle speed, feed rate, depth per pass, workholding, and chip extraction.
