Main Product Description

The Royce Ayr 2-Flute General-Purpose Upcut Spiral Router Bit R52-32838 is intended for general-purpose routing in solid wood, wood composites, and selected plastics. Its 0.7500-inch cutting diameter and 1.625-inch cutting edge provide the capacity required for profiling, grooving, slotting, and other production CNC operations.

The two-flute upcut spiral geometry carries chips upward and away from the cutting zone, supporting good chip evacuation and reducing chip recutting in properly configured operations. The tool is manufactured for right-hand rotation and should be matched to the spindle direction and toolholding system.

The 0.750-inch shank and 4.000-inch overall length require a compatible precision collet or approved toolholder. Collet condition, runout, tool projection, spindle speed, feed rate, depth per pass, workholding, and dust or chip extraction should be established for the material and machine.
