The single-flute O-flute geometry provides a large chip space, while the upcut form carries chips away from the cutting zone. This combination supports effective chip evacuation, helps limit chip recutting, and reduces heat accumulation when operated with suitable hard-plastic machining parameters.
The 0.250-inch shank and 3.000-inch overall length require a compatible precision collet or approved toolholder.
