Main Product Description

Klein TK118.900.R150 is the exact 150 mm gauge-length Item in the TK118 HSK63F ER16 collet-chuck family. The official Item row specifies an HSK63F taper, 150 mm A dimension, 32 mm body diameter, 63 mm flange diameter, right-hand rotation, and compatibility with Klein T127/ER16 spring collets in the 2–10 mm range.

The holder is balanced to grade G2.5 at 36,000 RPM and is supplied with the Z091.505.R no-noise clamping nut. SISTEMI identifies the nut’s unslotted profile as a way to reduce operating noise and vibration in high-speed CNC applications. The collet itself is not included and must be selected to match the exact router-bit or tool-shank diameter.

The hollow HSK63F taper is manufactured according to DIN 69893 and is prepared for installation of a Balluff microchip. Compatibility & Installation Notes

Confirm spindle condition, taper cleanliness, collet condition, tool projection, runout, balancing limits, and machine-speed capability before use. The published 150 mm A dimension may vary with the selected collet and clamped shank. Tighten using the applicable Klein Z052 torque wrench while the holder is secured in a compatible T139 demount device, following the machine and toolholding manufacturer’s procedures.
