Amana Tool AMS-210 is the exact eight-piece In-Groove™ set shown on its dedicated official product page. The package contains one 1/4-inch-shank engraving tool body and seven industrial solid-carbide inserts: RCK-360, RCK-361, RCK-362, RCK-380, RCK-400, RCK-412, and RCK-420.
The included profile range consists of three 30° V-tip inserts with 0.005-, 0.010-, and 0.020-inch tip widths; one 60° V-tip insert with a 0.005-inch tip width; one 1/8-inch straight profile; one 3/32-inch-radius corner-round profile; and one 1/16-inch-radius core-box profile.
Amana Tool designed the In-Groove™ system so inserts can be exchanged while the tool body remains mounted in the CNC machine. The balanced body supports low-vibration cutting, while the solid-carbide inserts produce crisp engraving and are specified for laminated materials, veneers, MDF, plastics, softwood, hardwood, phenolic, solid surface, carbon fiber, PCB board, HDPE, and marine building material. V-tip profiles may also engrave aluminum, brass, and copper.
