Main Product Description

The Royce Ayr 2-Flute Beading Router Bit R68-02001 is engineered for producing decorative beading profiles in MDF, solid wood, and compatible plastics. Its 0.3750-inch cutting diameter and 0.0625-inch profile radius provide a compact format for MDF door details, moulding work, and repeatable CNC profile routing.

Royce Ayr specifies 10-degree flares intended to provide line-free overlaps in MDF doors. The two-flute geometry and 1 mm small diameter support controlled profile formation when the tool is matched to suitable spindle speed, feed rate, toolpath overlap, and workholding.

The 0.375-inch shank and 2.500-inch overall length require a compatible precision collet or approved toolholder. Before production, verify collet condition, runout, right-hand spindle rotation, tool projection, spindle speed, feed rate, depth of cut, workholding, material suitability, and extraction.
