This Royce Ayr solid carbide low helix upcut finisher is designed to finish routed edges and contours. It is suitable for plastics, composites and solid wood.
Use the cutter for the final pass that establishes the finished edge. A consistent allowance along the toolpath helps keep the cut even. The upcut spiral lifts chips out of the cut. The solid-carbide cutting section provides rigidity and wear resistance at the working edge.
