The Royce Ayr 2-Flute Downcut Spiral Router Bit R57-32220 is a general-purpose tool designed for clean top-edge cutting in wood-based production work. Its downcut geometry directs cutting pressure toward the workpiece, helping support the upper surface and reduce top-side chipping during routing, dado cutting, slotting, and laminated-panel machining.

The 0.3125-inch cutting diameter and 1.125-inch cutting edge provide a compact cutting format for controlled routing operations. The larger 0.500-inch shank and 3.000-inch overall length suit compatible CNC router collets and toolholders where the programmed depth, projection, and machine clearance match the verified geometry.

This uncoated HW solid-carbide tool uses two downcut spiral flutes and right-hand rotation. It is intended for solid wood, wood composites, laminated material, and selected plastics.
