The Royce Ayr 2-Flute Beading Router Bit R68-02003 is engineered for producing decorative beading profiles in MDF, solid wood, and compatible plastics. Its 0.5000-inch cutting diameter and 0.1875-inch profile radius provide a practical format for MDF door details, moulding work, and repeatable profile routing.

Royce Ayr specifies 10-degree flares intended to provide line-free overlaps in MDF doors. The two-flute geometry and 1.5 mm small diameter support controlled profile formation when the tool is matched to suitable spindle speed, feed rate, toolpath overlap, and workholding.

The 0.500-inch shank and 3.000-inch overall length require a compatible precision collet or approved toolholder. Before production, verify collet condition, runout, right-hand spindle rotation, tool projection, spindle speed, feed rate, depth of cut, workholding, material suitability, and extraction.
