The locating point helps position the hole before the cutting edges reach the surface. Set the drilling depth to suit the joint and the thickness of the workpiece. Carbide tips form the working edges, supported by the tool body.
The 6 mm cutting diameter and 35 mm cutting length define the working section of this version. Its 10 mm shank fits a holder or collet matched to that diameter. This is a left-hand tool; it must be used with the matching spindle rotation.
