Main Product Description
This toolholder combines an HSK63F machine interface with a ER40 collet system. It provides the connection between a compatible spindle and the collet assembly used to grip the cutting-tool shank.
Select a matching ER40 collet for the required tool-shank diameter, together with the correct retaining nut. Check the holder geometry and tool projection against the spindle, tool-change system and machining clearance.
Keep the taper, collet seat and mating surfaces clean, and follow the holder manufacturer’s assembly and tightening instructions. Confirm the components supplied with the holder when planning a new setup.
