The SCM DMC Eurosystem is a modular wide-belt sanding and
calibrating platform for solid wood, MDF, veneered panels,
raw panels, painted components, lacquered surfaces, and
finish-sensitive production.
Configurations can combine cross-belt, calibrating roller,
sanding roller, superfinishing, combined roller-pad,
planetary, oscillating-disc, brushing, and structuring units.
The platform supports a 1350 mm working width, material
thicknesses up to 200 mm with a fixed or constant pass-line
table, and mat feed speeds from 3 to 18 m/min.
