SCM Windorflex CP CNC Machining Cell for Windows & Doors
The compact Windorflex machining cell for automatic loading, clamping, routing, drilling, profiling, and complete wood window and door component production.
A compact automated cell for complete window and door component machining.
SCM Windorflex CP is the most compact machine in the Windorflex category, developed for wood window and door manufacturers requiring an integrated CNC process rather than multiple standalone operations.
The front loading and unloading bench supports unattended processing, while the automatic worktable uses dedicated clamps to hold one to four workpieces in sequence. Workpiece repositioning remains controlled within the clamping system.
Four- and five-axis electrospindle configurations, Maestro active windoor software, tool storage, automatic handling, and the exact machining-unit package must be confirmed against the quoted Canadian configuration.

Window & Door Production Modes
Configure the Windorflex CP around profile machining, joinery, drilling, routing, part handling, tooling, and production-data requirements.
Mode 01
Profile Machining
Machine internal and external window, sash, door, and frame profiles through the selected spindle and tooling package.
Mode 02
Drilling & Routing
Complete drilling, routing, recessing, and complementary machining required by the programmed component.
Mode 03
4- / 5-Axis Machining
Configure the machining unit with four- or five-axis electrospindles for complex geometry and full component access.
Mode 04
Automatic Workholding
Dedicated clamps remain engaged with the workpiece and support processing of one to four parts in sequence.
Mode 05
Automatic Loading / Unloading
The front bench supports autonomous part loading and unloading without continuous operator input.
Move window and door components through machining without continuous operator handling.
Windorflex CP combines front loading and unloading, dedicated clamp handling, high-speed axis movement, configurable machining units, and tool storage in a compact protected cell.
One to four workpieces can be processed in sequence, while direct repositioning between the clamps supports internal and external machining without a separate transfer device.
Final configuration should confirm product families, workpiece dimensions, four- or five-axis spindle needs, tooling, clamp and bench layout, software integration, extraction, electrical service, installation, training, warranty, and support.
