Machine Overview

Automatic right-size packaging for small-to-medium furniture, cabinet, panel, and flat-pack production.

The SCM Cut C 100 is an automatic end-of-line cardboard packaging machine that creates boxes around actual product dimensions for mixed-size orders and batch-one workflows.

It supports furniture, cabinets, closets, panels, millwork parts, finished components, flat-pack products, and eCommerce orders where fixed carton inventories create poor fit or unnecessary packaging complexity.

The system handles cardboard up to 2500 mm usable width at 40 m/min, accepts single sheets or up to eight fanfolds with the selected feeding configuration, processes 2–7 mm cardboard, and is rated at up to two boxes per minute. Active Box PRO, barcode, Scanbox, label, ERP, and WMS integration should be reviewed around the customer’s workflow.
