The SCM Sergiani GSL-A is an automatic edge-glued panel press developed for continuous production of beam-style panels, glued timber components, and repeat panel assemblies.
Automatic panel composition, loading, and unloading organize the material flow, while three independent hydraulic systems allow vertical, horizontal, and rear pressure to be adjusted around the product and adhesive process.
The family includes 25-13, 30-13, and 35-13 models with platen sizes from 2500–3500 × 1300 mm, 40 or 60 mm thickness families, side thrust from 7.5–28 tons, and a 30-ton pressure bar.
