An automatic end-of-line cardboard packaging system for producing right-size boxes around furniture, cabinet components, panels, millwork parts, flat-pack products, eCommerce orders, and batch-one production.
Automatic right-size packaging for high-mix furniture, cabinet, panel, and flat-pack production.
The SCM Cut C 200 is an automatic end-of-line cardboard packaging machine that produces boxes around actual product dimensions for mixed-size orders and batch-one workflows.
It supports furniture, cabinets, closets, panels, millwork parts, finished components, flat-pack products, and eCommerce orders where fixed carton inventories create poor fit or excessive packaging complexity.
The system handles cardboard up to 2500 mm usable width at 45 m/min, accepts up to eight continuous fanfolds or single sheets, processes 2–7 mm cardboard, and is rated at up to four boxes per minute. Active Box PRO software and integration review support connection to ERP, WMS, barcode, and label workflows.
