An entry-level automatic end-of-line cardboard packaging system for small-batch and batch-one production around furniture, cabinet components, panels, closet parts, millwork pieces, flat-pack products, and variable-size shipments.
Entry-level right-size packaging for small-batch, batch-one, cabinet, furniture, panel, and flat-pack production.
The SCM Cut C 50 is an automatic right-size packaging machine for manufacturers that need boxes generated around actual product dimensions without moving into a larger packaging platform.
It supports furniture, cabinet and closet components, panels, millwork pieces, finished parts, flat-pack products, and variable-size shipments where fixed carton inventories create poor fit or unnecessary packaging complexity.
The system handles cardboard up to 2500 mm usable width at 36 m/min, processes 2–5 mm cardboard, and is rated at up to two boxes per minute. Standard unwinding supports two fanfolds, while an optional four-fanfold arrangement with automatic selection broadens available carton formats. Active Box PRO Light and barcode-supported workflow help organize production data and box selection.
