The MB Maschinenbau ROBA Profi Brush is a modular brush sanding machine designed for professional surface preparation in woodworking and finishing environments. It is positioned for shops that need controlled intermediate lacquer sanding, wood fine sanding, MDF sanding, light texturing, and improved consistency before primer, sealer, stain, lacquer, or topcoat stages.

The machine’s sanding principle uses clockwise and counterclockwise brush sanding so raised fibers can be addressed from different directions. This makes it a practical fit for routed MDF, cabinet doors, furniture components, profile details, coated parts, and finish-prep work where hand sanding becomes inconsistent or too labour intensive.

The base ROBA Profi Brush configuration includes two sanding drums and a pressure roller system, with the MB Flex System used as the abrasive platform. From there, the machine can be expanded with disc units, Cross Belt units, cleaning units, optional vacuum transport for smaller parts, optional motorized aggregate positioning, and cleaning options such as a special brush, ionization bar, and blower system.
