The SCM Sergiani GS-A is an electronically controlled automatic hot press designed for panel coating, veneering, hollow-core doors, laminated panels, and production pressing lines. It is built for manufacturers that need controlled heat, controlled pressure, automatic loading and unloading, reliable surface quality, and repeatable gluing quality.

The GS-A sits above the manual Sergiani GS hot press and beside the GS-F cold press in Titan’s pressing-equipment lineup. It is the stronger fit when the customer needs heated pressing plus automatic material handling, rather than a manually loaded hot press or a controlled cold press without heated platens.

The machine is designed around production control. The continuous Mylar loading belt supports reliable material movement through the press line, while the Siemens digital touchscreen gives operators control over machine functions, hydraulic pressure, platen temperature, pressing time, feeding unit settings, working programs, and stored production parameters.

The GS-A can be integrated into configurable production-line layouts. Depending on the customer’s workflow, the press conversation can include stack loading, brushing, glue spreading, panel composition, cross-panel loading, longitudinal loading, pressing, outfeed handling, and production-line operator access. Final line scope should be reviewed around the product type, glue system, open time, target output, and handling method.

The official GS-A range includes 6-, 8-, and 10-cylinder configurations with thrust ratings from 90 to 200 tons and platen sizes from 2500 × 1300 mm to 3800 × 1600 mm. Final configuration should be selected based on panel size, required thrust, specific pressure, heating requirement, glue system, production volume, loading/unloading layout, and integration requirements.
