The SCM Gabbiani P is an automatic horizontal panel saw designed for shops that need automatic cutting, guided operation, and a compact production workflow. It is built for cutting wood panels and derivative materials including chipboard, MDF, plywood, multilayer panels, fibre panels, melamine, laminated panels, and other wood-based sheet goods.

For shops upgrading from sliding table saws, vertical panel saws, or hand-managed cutting processes, the Gabbiani P provides a practical first step into automatic beam saw production. It brings structure to the cutting department with automatic saw carriage movement, pusher control, scoring support, LED bar guidance, and optional productivity systems.

The Gabbiani P is available as the P60, P80, or P95. The P60 provides 60 mm blade projection, the P80 provides 80 mm blade projection, and the P95 provides 95 mm blade projection. All three versions list cutting lengths of 3300, 3800, or 4300 mm, saw carriage speed of 6–60 m/min with optional 0–120 m/min, pusher speed of 60 m/min, 1.5 kW scoring unit blade motor, 4650 rpm main blade speed, 5850 rpm scorer speed, 370 mm main blade diameter, 200 mm scorer blade diameter, and 5 standard clamps.

For shops that want additional productivity, the optional FLEXCUT unit allows simultaneous rip and cross cuts, while SAW-SET provides fast electronic tool adjustment. This gives the Gabbiani P a useful upgrade path for manufacturers that want more output from a compact beam saw platform without immediately moving into a larger rear-loading or platform-loading cutting system.
